The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of Say Si. Comfortable beds and coffee and tea making equipment, an iron with ironing board, and a work desk.

Reception staff was very ill-mannered and inexpert. The online reservation was processed bad, when we arrived at the hotel we had to wait almost 1 hours because they didn't find the reservation. Their suggestion was that we call to Booking and solve our problem!! Sorry but, solving attitude was horrible!!

The bed was extremely comfortable! I loved the decor of the hotel in general. I was pleased to see an energy efficient toilet and of course, I loved the warm cookies offered @ check-in.
The only thing that I didn't like about the Doubletree was the air conditioning was extremely loud in the room. Also, if you want to be in the midst of downtown (I.E. - Riverwalk), you should consider staying elsewhere. It is not within walking distance.

We enjoyed the convenience of the bus system, even though we were confused at first with the different types and colored routes. There is no public transportation near our home, so new experience, but fun. We walked almost everywhere and found the hotel convenient to the downtown area. The hotel is beautiful and well kept/clean. Our room was spacious, clean and very convenient for a traveler.
The "sleep number bed" even though considered a luxury, was not comfortable for us no matter what settings were used. We didn't always come back to a made-up bed/room and fresh towels. That was frustrating, but easily remedied with a phone call to the desk for towels.

Good breakfast, the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Internet WIFI in the room is free.
The hotel is very near The Mexican Market but you have to go by car to the riverwalk. Besides, the noise from the street could be heard inside the room.

The cookies were awsome, parking is free. Busy hotel with bar, and the view of the city from the top floor parking lot was great.
